Honestly, we all know deep down LeBron / Bosh joined on knowing Spo wouldn't be the coach to stay and take them to the top. There is an ounce of truth in everything said. I truly do believe the guys have as Bosh was saying "wanted to chill" while playing under Spo. Because they know when Riles comes down, it's all business, and he's going to have them busting their asses in practice, etc.

the team doesn't play hard enough, that should be on the players
it would be unfair to coach Spo if he was relieved, plus Riley has said many times that he believes in Spo and that coaching is not the problem
