Animal control has a lot of experience trying to catch cats. They have to use traps because catching them on foot isn't going to work. You can't just wander around and " harvest" them lol

I don't see any police reports, pics or vids of Haitians eating cats so there is no reason to believe it. Nothing about dogs either which actually would be easy to catch.

And of course pet cats are typically pretty well fed.

Where do you live tontoz? I mean cats and dogs are always going up to people for food or shelter. Hell, even bears walk up to people just to sniff them for food.

I live in Maryland. Dogs will walk up to strangers all the time. Cats don't.

Pet cats are the exact type to coerce with that behavior. Strays will run because they're naturally evasive.

Somebody's pet cat that is half outdoor half indoor and actually trusts humans will get close enough for you to grab them while offering food.

A cat trusts the people it knows. I see pet cats in my neighborhood all the time but but if I approach them they avoid me.
