the way some of you gobbled up the CNN news (sponsored by Pfizer) is kind of embarrassing. Covid19 proved beyond a shadow of doubt that some of you are incapable of thinking for yourselves, and that there was obvious internet censorship.

Once more light is shined on the truth, too much time has passed and it's forgotten news, nobody cares anymore.

Conspiracy culture was mainstream WAY before covid. InfoWars had an enormous audience starting around 2010.

It was a combination of 9/11 and the existence of the internet so that people could easily spread dumb stuff.

Before the internet? Conspiracies were exactly what Maher says here. They were just fun "what ifs" we all talked about. And the ones that took it all super seriously? Those were people that struggled with mental illness.

I remember books about UFO’s, Roswell, Bigfoot, Bermuda Triangle, JFK, and paranormal shit like ghosts being in my elementary school library as a kid in the early 90’s.

I literally learned about conspiracy theories from my public school.

Hella entertainment industry conspiracy theories going back 60 plus years.

Paul’s dead, Elvis is still alive, all the Jim Morrison Lizard King shit, Jimi Hendrix and Bryan Jones were murked out by their managers, the government killed John Lennon, Courtney Love killed Kurt Cobain, all the Tupac and Biggie shit.

Then we have all the political shit.

JFK assignation, Malcom X, MLK, RFK, Gulf of Tonkin and Vietnam, moon landing hoax, Watergate, Ford assignation attempt, Reagan assignation attempt, Iran Contra, all the Bill Clinton shit, OKC bombing, Waco, Ruby Ridge, TWA flight 800, Columbine, the 2000 election, 911.

Conspiracies and theories are about as American as baseball.

you ever think maybe if 9/11 was what the government said it was... we wouldn't be having this problem? Idk, just a thought... or maybe you still believe the dumb stuff they told you.

some people just decided not to drink the kool-aid anymore.... and because of the internet, rightfully so.



Covid is where many people started to see conspiracy in action... which is why they took to the streets.

and once they took to the streets... the narrative conveniently shifted its focus to Russia/Ukraine.

I'll say this though... anybody that believes in "Deep State" conspiracy stuff and voted for Trump thinking he was not apart of that "Deep State" isn't very bright.


Most conspiracy theorists have concluded that Alex Jones is conintelpro.... part of a psyop to get the average person to hate "truth talk" and make all conspiracy talk look ridiculous. He is not a one-man army.




The average person today still attributes everything that happened in Nazi Germany to one person: Hitler. As if it was just a one-man army and there wern't a series of conspiracies and secret societies that assisted him and propped him up.

Same can be said for Trump once his reign is over.... All this will be blamed on one man.... How convenient.




If you have a problem in believing certain conspiracies are true... go back and read about the ones that have been proven to be truth.

start with COINTELPRO and keep telling yourself that type of stuff doesn't happen anymore.

Then you have the issue of religion and Christianity...

one group says Christianity was a conspiracy to control people... while Christianity actually preaches about conspiracy.

either way you are going to be a conspiracy theorist if you are a believer or unbeliever.

Yes conspiracies have always existed. But at some point they went from being harmless fun, to having people like Doomsday who are now living in the "Matrix" and fearful of it all.

And like Maher points out, it has now become a way of communicating for Trump and politicians. When something doesn't go their way they simply play the "conspiracy" card and their dumb MAGA base eats it up. "The Deep State did it!". Literally everything is a conspiracy now and every living celebrity is in on it. It's stupidity.
