Spider tattoo
I got in on my birthday, January 27. Finally most of the swelling and scabbing has subsided, though it is still not completely healed. I like the way it came out though. In some ways it looks better than even I thought it would.

Yeah the guy I went to specializes in shadowing. He used a different needle aswell. The shadowing needle was even more painful than a regual needle. Felt like all the hairs on my head were being ripped out with pliers one by one.

Re: Spider tattoo
AHHH, I'm gonna have to call fake. It looks too amazingly done, honestly. How much did you pay for it? Anyways can we get another pic? Take it as a compliment, but still, it's really well done.

Spiders are asexual to me. I wanted a black widow.

Re: Spider tattoo
1. Why get a big ugly spider?
2. If it's not fake, that is easily the most percise tattoo I've ever seen. I swear to God I thought it was real. Took me a while to look closely and see it was a tat.

That's what I'm saying. I don't think I've ever seen a tattoo so nicely made, it's probebly perfect, couldn't have been done better.

Re: Spider tattoo
I hate to be the one to bring you the bad news but that black widow is majory flawed....
the red hour glass is supposed to be located on the spider's belly...not on the top of it's abdomen...

Re: Spider tattoo
Description
Adult female black widow spiders are gloss black with an hourglass shaped marking on the underside of its abdomen which can range from orange to red. They also bear a small, usually red (colors vary) dot near the spinnerets, which is separate from the hourglass. In L. variolus, the two halves of the hourglass shape may be separated into two separate patches. A large female black widow spider can grow to about 1.5 inches (37 mm), counting legspan. The body is about 0.5-0.6 inches (12-15 mm). Male black widow spiders are half the size of the female or smaller. They have longer legs and a smaller abdomen in relation to their body size. They are also usually dark brown with varying colors of stripes/dots, with no hourglass mark. Adult males can be distinguished from juvenile females by their more-slender body, longer legs and large pedipalps typical of most other male spiders.
