I thought the game was in the bag and went for a quick run outside. Score was like 94-72 or something. Came back and it was 99-98 clips. game over. :biggums:

Same here. Watching Family Guy, changed back to the game to see what's happening and it's tied with CP3 at the free throw line! :lebronamazed:

You think a game's over, and then something like what the Clippers just did happens.

In the NBA, seemingly safe leads are not always gonna hold up.

Switched it off at Grizzlies up 12 with about 3+ minutes to go. Clippers had blown like 4 straight possessions where they could have cut into the lead. I said **** it and switched it off. I go to ESPN 15 minutes later and read that Clips have won! I thought it was a joke. Luckily, I had left my TV on TNT while switching it off....went back and rewatched the last few minutes.

no this lead was safe. just that that grizzlies celebrated too early. i knew it when i saw marc gasol hopping down the court going back on defense.

That was actually pathetic. This could very well lose them a series that they don't have much of a reason to lose.

Grizzlies expected to get calls late instead of executing. You have to make shots. Only the Lakers can depend on free throws to close a game.
