Is Cliff Paul real?

I saw a Statefarm commercial that alleged Chris Paul had an identical twin who was a state farm agent named Cliff. I find it hard to believe... if they were separated at birth then why would his last name also be Paul? It seems a little too convenient to me that Chris Paul would have this separated at birth identical twin AND that he was a Statefarm agent (Statefarm sponsoring the NBA and all). Does Cliff Paul really exist or is this some really elaborate ruse?
