Playing that NBA 2k14 made me think just a little about what if Lebron won say another 3 titles with the Miami Heat and wins another 2-3titles with the Heat or Cavs (Kyrie, Bennett, Bynum). He would be maybe 5x FMVP, 6-7x MVP, 7-8x Champion. Would be crazy wouldn't it? finally in 20+ years we get to see someone else who can contend with MJ.
Lebron is a great player like Kobe. Kobe had his chances to win and beat MJ but now its Lebrons turn.

Stick with 2K14, because what you describe has little to no possibility in happening in reality, are we seriously talking about 7-8 championships???
2 championships, 2 FMVP (which are basically guaranteed with the championships, regardless if he's the best player), and 2 more MVPs. That's what it takes for him to enter the conversation for the most accomplished player ever with Kareem, Russell, and Jordan.

The 2011 choke in the finals is ultimately going to really hurt Lebron in the all time rankings when talking about the top 8 of all time.
He needs to get to 4 rings as the man to get much higher.
To challenge MJ...he's going to need 6 rings as the man and at least 2 more MVP's...and great longevity.
