How the hell do you cancel monthly International League Pass?

The only thing I have found is this email [email]nbasupport@neulion.com[/email], but they haven't answered for three days already. Straight up bullshit.

NBA League Pass Broadband (US version) you can cancel yourself.. for ILP there's no such thing. This is ridiculous.

Always the way. They make it so easy to sign up, but when you want to cancel oh no we don't want you doing that.

contact the bank and stop the payment.

I went through the same thing, I didnt want the yearly renewed so i cancelled it. They automatically set me up for monthly and charged me for no reason..

I emailed them a few times, and same result as OP, no response. So i went to the help section and they have a live chat online support, its only on certain times of the day, and told them straight out to cancel the whole account and to reimburse me the funds and they did it straight away...

They dont seem to give a shit about the emails, just give a computer generated response..

The chat is for US version of LP. Tried it but they can't help me as ILP is a differrent company.

That's what I found, too. That chat says available, but it doesn't seem to be working for me. According the to available times, we are within the time frame. :confusedshrug:

Make sure youre within the times and just start a convo, wait a bit it takes them a while to respond..

Looking at some international complaints, it seems the common one was to email them (the email you posted in the op), they reply asking for some shit, and then they cancel.

Thanks, saw all those threads already. I'm going to wait for their answer, try that chat at the right time again and if that doesn't work, I'll try to cancel the payments with the help of my bank. Let's hope they can do it.

If they get shitty just tell them to delete your whole account. No risk of further deductions that way:cheers:
