It's not even close. If you're watching the Hawks game you'd know. Nobody compares to him in the league right now in the post.

You can have him
He'd be the GOAT if he could post up on the right side
Blake doe.
He has been ripping up on my fantasy team
I didn't see AJ today, but Cousins has certainly be beasting.

Or involve his teammates. Or draw a foul. Or play defense
Op is captian obvious

LeBron
His post game LOOKS pretty and he can always get a shot off...but he draws no touls since he's almost always going away from contact, plus he's still a black hole. Give me BG in the post over Al any day
Healthy Nene > Al Jefferson
Healthy Carl Landry in the post >>>>>>
He's by far the best voice actor in the league though
When was the last time he put up 34 and 17 in 22 minutes like DeMarcus Cousins? Oh, that's right. Never. :sleeping :sleeping

Demarcus drives, has a nice jumper, passes, handles, Jefferson is a better post player though.
But overall I take DeMarcus.

Great thread by my fellow Hawks fan :applause:
Al was his usual self tonight but i was impressed from what i saw out of Zeller. He was making a few huge plays in the fourth and seemed to always make the smart play to keep the ball moving or create space for himself.
On offense, at least.
Between him and Bryant, these two have not only most efficient and productive post games but also the most aesthetically pleasing
It's been common knowledge for years now that Jefferson is the NBA's best big when it comes to footwork and low post scoring. He's so talented, reminds me of the old school style players.

efficient he is not
Healthy Carl Landry in the post >>>>>>
I know you got a hard on for Landry but he ain't touching Big Al in the post.

Nah I don't think people realize how good Landry is in the post, he's as crafty as they get and he's got fadeaway jumpers and all the goodies, he just doesn't post up as much as Al. Also Landry ability to carve out position for someone his size is insane.

Nah Jefferson is a pure post player. Cousins does a lot of other things but almost all of Jeffersons points come from post ups. Vs the Hawks he score with: a hook shot, up and under, quick spin to the baseline, face up jumper, face up drive, turn around jumper, and had like 8 points off some weird 1 handed jumper/ push shot. Everything came from post play.
