I'm bored and I have some free time to do something meaningless but anyway, i'll be rating posters here at ISH. I do a lot more reading here than posting, so Just tell me if u want to be rated, but if you're not tolerant to criticism then I suggest click Back. I'll only be rating people that I have read enough posts from and are familiar with or know about. :cheers:

Well, you're relatively new but i've read some posts of yours. You're honestly pretty knowledgable about the game, and it reflects in your posts. I've never had to argue with something you've said because either you make a valid point or i completely agree. But the thing I like is that you don't try to start riots that end threads, but instead contributing to it. just keep posting.

You just stick to the topic and try not to annoy anybody, I guess that can be sort of a bad thing at times because you can go unnoticed. Honestly though, I havent read a lot of your posts so it's hard for me to be specific.
[B]HotSizzle[/B]- Probably one of ISH's most valuable posters that we have, i like reading your posts. Unlike other posters, I'll rarely read a post by you that isn't supported by analysis or stats. Also, You don't let your view on other teams that maybe you don't like get in the way of your opinions and predictions. You can be hostile to criticism by other posters but you don't go crazy or anything you just prove your case. You're also up there among the best in finishing flame wars, and that's why I think mature posters are the best kind of posters.
[B]KIWI[/B]: I'm pretty positive i know you under another name, you're one of those posters that isn't too serious and likes to share your views on just about any topic. The thing i like best about you is that you're respectable and aren't cocky about your team being among the best. Some posters for example think that just because their team is one of the best they can just insult other fans. Talking with you about the Kings and spurs was fun because i could always come up with an argument without you losing your cool, even if it may have made me look like i was off my rocker.
Feel free to do so, albeit I doubt it is going to change anything about the way I post. :D

As for criticism, not much at all, maybe just accept that Kobe fails at some things at times and he isn't perfect, be it as close as he is.

But I like reading your posts because you're one of the board's most knowledgable posters, you know the game and you know the players. Not once have i read a post from you and thought...is he crazy? A lot of your work is done down in the Kings forum so i know you more than others do, just keep your doing your thing.

[B]Liberalo:[/B] Shows great passion for the game. Sometimes it's hard for him to acknowledge others, especially when they have a different take. Some more tolerance would be great, but he is getting better at it. Shows real interest for the game and has some unique observations. Creates too many threads for my taste, and post just about everything, even on things he doesn't really have the knowledge about. All in all good poster, but sometimes less would be more.

Should make less 'I know Kobe or the Lakers are this and that BUT....' type of answers. Just say it as you really feel. You don't have to be defensive. That's all.

I'm afraid I can't. I haven't read enough coming from you, or maybe I just don't remember. If it's the latter, it's good and bad at the same time... But I'm leaning towards not having read enough coming from you.
BTW, are you guys aware of the fact that when you have an opinion on someone else, it says just as much about you as it says about that other person? Keep this in mind. An opinion says plenty about the filter you use when taking a look at the world, and that filter is you.

I"ll rate some posters I'm familiar with myself
Elementally morale - Nothing wrong with him. A good poster. The difference between me and him however is evident.
He calls me passionate while I see him as calm, laid back type. I've never seen him get in wars with people or something.
His knowledge of the game is pretty good, too but doesn't post consistently so it's hard to judge. Has been on these boards for a long time but always posts like 2 days or so and then he's gone for a month.
Anyway, knows what he's talking about and is just too calm, patient and all and that makes him good at analyzing many things.
Hotsizzle - Ditto for the "realistic Kobe fan syndrome" That's how Sizzle tried to be at first and indeed, he was one of a few Laker fans to have a good rep around here.
Overall, we usually agree on most things which means he's very knowledgable, makes great arguments at times.
He is also a nice guy, never fights with people, always tolerant and all that.
Nothing but good about him.
Great head on his shoulders too. Probably one of the least biased people here.
Kobe24 - Has a very bad rep that he didn't quite deserve. Doesn't he still have a tag that he's obsessed with defending Kobe or something like that?
That is all but true about him. He's a Kobe fan but will bash Kobe when he feels Kobe deserves to be bashed.
So basically, I feel he has a bad rep because of his username and the fact that he's a Laker fan but that's more of a thing from the past, on old board it was like if you were a Kobe/Lakers fan, they'd think of you as an intrudor or something.
Good poster.
Whoever posts in this thread and I'm familiar with that person, he will get rated by me, no one will get a pass. :rockon:

I know what you mean. You wont believe how many times though something that is said about Bryant is misinterpreted and the wars start...actually you probably do know what I mean. I try to make sure I get my point across clearly by making sure I eliminate what I don't mean.
