A coach who at least runs a basic offense instead of JVG's no point guard offense.
I mean guys like Fratello, Rudy T, Phil Jackson or even Rick Adelman would've been able to bring them to the WCF.
A coach who isn't stubborn and knows how to run an offense is all the rockets need.

McGrady is obviously not a point guard. But, every game, he handles the point, calls the plays, and does the teams playmaking. He has the ability to be a point guard but he's not. He does though, have point guard-type skills.
