Trolling aside... in the case of Rodney Hood, honestly? He couldn't handle the pressure of playing with LeBron and being in the national headlines on a 24/7 basis.
Even when he was on the court and given free reign with LeBron on the bench, he played like absolute dog shit on the Cavs because he couldn't deal with the pressure.
