They didn't have any excuses last year, but with Lebron/AD injured and clearly not at 100% all year due to the shortest offseason in NBA history, the Clippers REALLY don't have any excuses this year. They should easily make the finals and win the West. If they don't...I'd have to consider every player on that team a pretender.

Now they replaced Lou/Harrell with champions Rondo/Ibaka and have an elite playoff coach in Ty Lue.

For the price of what raptors were asking for, sure I take Rondo. All the asking price was for Rondo was chicken wing Lou who turned into a dumpster fire this season at -1.9 BPM this season. Rondo has never been a negative BPM in playoffs in his career outside of his 1 seasons mavs run, he's always consistent.
