The first time I've ever experienced one, it was brief but the building was for sure shaking. They're saying it was a 4.8 on the richter scale.

Dude, it was so goddamn loud and sonic sounding here.
I thought a building collapsed or some shit. I'm still worked up. Holy shit. :wtf:
Epicenter seems to have come from New Jersey. I felt something, but then again I'm on the ground level as opposed to up in a high-rise.
Someone I know in philly told me about it a few minutes ago.
I didn’t know there was even earthquakes over there lol. I looked it up on wikipedia quickly and I guess since there aren’t major fault lines in that area of the country, earthquakes are less powerful and more infrequent, but when they do happpen they are felt over larger areas.
interesting
I was on a zoom meeting with my office. Everyone was freaking out lol.
I was driving, felt nothing.
Yes central NJ. Whole room started rattling.

I've never felt one before but it lasted like 10 seconds at most.
My cousin who lives in Boston felt it. Said it was a 4.8 as well
Calm down guys, it was just Fatrick getting out of bed.

:lol
Not bad.
4.8 in California won't even interrupt a conversation you're having
4.8 in California won't even interrupt a conversation you're having
Yea people were freaking out but it was so short and didn't do as much damage as a rainstorm or something we had a couple days ago which brought trees down.
:lol
Not bad.
Simpleton mindset if that's the case.

Same. For a moment, I thought it was powerful winds striking. I honestly found myself wondering how tornado winds came out of nowhere. Then it suddenly stopped 5 seconds later so I knew it was an earthquake.
Just was another smaller earthquake about 30 minutes ago. Anyone feel this one?

Still going on.
Praying for SouBeach, Proctor, Chewing, baller/griffy and Phoenix.

Yeah, had that one too but that one didn't catch me by too much surprise.
First one was nothing in the damage department but the sound (at least here) was incredible. Damn.

At least Chewing would be alright since he wouldn't fall into a ground crack.

Y’all gonna miss me if the earthquake gets me.

Poopsie really means the basement level.
Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene called recent earthquakes and a coming eclipse “strong signs” from God that America needs to “repent.”
“God is sending America strong signs to tell us to repent...I pray that our country listens.”
She's sounds exactly like Poopsie.
noticed all these posts are from Mega's : close to epic center -Patsy
(showing who they are)

That's a satire, right? Must be satire

You're from New Jersey, bro?
Now I’m concerned that if there is another earthquake that blade won’t be able to wheel himself out of his apartment. :(
I just want Blade to know that if he's unable to get out of the house in time due to his condition, death is not the end. I've been meaning to tell you that ever since I read Patrick Chewing's post, because I understand that you might be dealing with some extreme anxiety, due to the possibility of another earthquake.
I'm in southwest Connecticut. Less than 100 miles from Manhattan. We felt it pretty hard here. Tipped some stuff over in my shop. But if you were standing up, basically you didn't feel it at all. Especially if you were walking. Those of us that were sitting got the immediate what the hell was that. I thought it felt like a sudden strong wind as well. I didn't feel the second tremor at all. I believe I was driving at the time though.
