Idiot posts a link to the draft discussion to talk free agent signing. Disappear already
Now all the LeBron haters will act like Ayton is some all-star. :oldlol:
Love the signing. We desperately needed a big.

Think he was trying to show this post.
So Mark Williams went from being worth Dalton Knecht, a first-round pick, a 2030 pick swap, a 2031 unprotected first, and Cam Reddish. To only being worth the 29th pick in the draft plus a 2029 first rounder.
Rumor is the Lakers are trying to add Horford, even after adding Ayton. Looks like the Lakers and Warriors are in play for Horford.

Nah I clicked the wrong thread without realizing and left it. Too lazy to wait 10 seconds for ISH to load to edit it.
Philly Cheese Stupid is a fat fuck. Must just be a 6 incher too for how mad he is all the time.
Horford?
Meh, not a game-changer anymore. He's become old af.

And horford? He rests half then season cause he’s 40 wtf are they thinking?
Guess they’re just mailing it in till letiny and son fu*k off.

Game changer. Lakers are STACKED.
Add another #1 overall pick to the list of Bran's teammates.
Told you they would've been stupid to give up picks & Knecht for Mark Williams when they could get a Center for cheap.. Ayton might be an underachiever or whatever but Lakers didn't give up anything to get him.
Williams better player and fit
good signing for the Lakers.
Luka needs big bodies on his team.
He will make Ayton significantly better on offense.

It's becoming eyesore to see anyone who come to his teams become hyped over so quickly just because they get to be his teammates.
Ayton doesn't like to roll to the rim. Curious to see if they can get him to do it.

Along with offensive boards only way he will touch the ball
I think horford goes to gs, he actually starts there
Ayton is certainly better than nothing, but he isn't a real playoff mover.

no he's not, but he rolls out of bed a 14/10 man. just don't count on anything more than that and you should be good.
in other words, he's a known quantifiable value.
Andre Drummond couldn't even help Lebron get out of round 1 with peak Anthony Davis. The next year had peak Anthony Davis, Peak Westbrook and Dwight Howard and missed play in.

Not sure al needs to start at this point

Lebron James: the only player to ever lead a SUPER TEAM to the LOTTERY.
:lebronamazed:
Reminds me of the Drummond signing. This guy will have no impact and will be hated by half the fanbase by midseason
Reminds me of the Drummond signing. This guy will have no impact and will be hated by half the fanbase by midseason
This.
Who knows if LeBron will even be there.

Drummond played well for them that year in the playoffs in his role. He wasnt the reason they lost.
It was all of Lebron's other teammates that were responsible for that.
I honestly thought they should look into bringing him back again this year as a backup center.
Can't wait for Ayton to become labeled some scrub when the Lakers are underperforming.
Decent signing, but I honestly don't think it moves the needle that much for LA.
Ayton is apparantly one of the best lob and dunk finishers in the league.
People seem to overlook that and just focus on his defense, but Luka will make him eat.
They still need some defense, but Ayton can at least get rebounds.

Great mid-range scorer as well. They'll figure it out.

he's decent mobile and did anchor the defense that led the suns to the finals. it's his mental breakdowns, likely due to low/poor bball iq.
i have a difficult time seeing him respond well to lebron or luka however, both vocal players that will let the world know their frustrations with ayton.

More curious to see if they'll take away his Xbox controllers
Funny coming from thompson who never lived up to where he was drafted either
I know you’ve known DA for a while, and you’ve been a huge fan. But why don’t you think these past few seasons have worked out the way you had hoped it had? Mychal Thompson: Yeah, I thought when he was drafted at No. 1 [in 2018] that he was going to be an All-Star center for many years. So he’s underachieved with his abilities. I think he knows that. And I think he’s out to prove now that he’s a Laker that he is worth the risk and that he will play up to people’s and my expectations of him. He has a whole lot more talent than I ever had, so I think he should be way better of a Laker than I ever was. I expect him to be that.” – via SportsKeeda
In before he becomes the typical LeBron bailout scapegoat for a failed season

Spot on, brother. We know the real reason they lost, don't we..... ;)
