Watching the Spurs and pelicans right now, and Zion and Wemby are actually guarding each other a bit. Quite the physical contrast.

Kyshawn George has been impressive to start the season. Big forward with pg skills going up against Flagg and AD tonight.
Zion muscled him right under the basket but got it blocked when he went up. He’s gotta know you can’t attack that wingspan right under the basket with him looming. He’s not playing scared though.
OP, any word on when more hamsters will be added to the server generator so we can bring back avatars?
Muscle memory dies hard I guess. Not really sure why else anyone would try to do a running jump towards Wemby in an attempt to block his shot. The best thing you can do against this guy defensively on the perimeter is literally do not leave your feet ever. Idiots.
Do not go for pump fakes. Do not try to block his shot. He is going to shoot over you. The best you can do is stay on your feet and crowd him.

There’s been quite an increase in hamster prices since you alternative lifestyle types developed…alternative uses. You’ve inflated the market.
Flaggs first 3 a minute or two after a nice lob to Lively. I’d watch more but I can’t commit to a wizards game.

Understandable. Fwiw Zach Lowe ranked us 20th on his league pass rankings, meaning teams he wants to watch in LP. Nets were last. :lol
Wembanyama is still too timid in terms of what he demands from his teammates. I've seen multiple possessions in a row where he's not even touching the ball offensively.
This was the first play of the game

So I guess I see why he’s not playing scared of attacking.
Kyshawn doing his Wemby impression, dominating AD and Flagg.

Kyshawn and Tre combined for 33 in the first half
Well doesn't look like the Spurs are going to be good enough to get Wembanyama in the MVP discussion. Kinda figured.
8/32 from three when he's generated so many open looks. That's literally the whole game. They're going to need two more real shooters.
They've shown a hell of a lot of competitive spirit but they just can't shoot. Don't care if they win the game.
That guy is definitely the best player in league. If he keeps playing like this for the rest of the season, it's not really close. The Spurs need to get him some shooters.
If he doesn't get doubled every time the opposing team is absolutely ****ed on both ends of the floor.
Jazz looking as bad as expected after their shocking opener
Kyshawn 34/11
Flagg 18/5
Ironically enough we got Kyshawn by trading Gafford to Dallas for the 24th pick.
Austin ainge better fix the roster or he will be out of a job. Who wants lauri and nurkic?

My new favorite Wizard. He has so many ways to impact the game. Love his reposition 3's around screens, secondary ball handling, defensive versatility, and just general edge and decisiveness he plays with.
I'm glad he'll have some time working with Middleton, as a fellow slow+ long perimeter-oriented forward.

I think he stayed bent at the knees before the second block to bait the guy into trying.

Literally one of the plays of the season that. There won't be many better.
Flagg having his first really good game. Needs to continue shoring up the handle and convert the easy midrange shots he gets for himself but he already seems to really know what he’s doing. Looks the part physically and has an excellent IQ.

I had no feelings about this guy prior to seeing his nba.com profile pic. What an arrogant ****, lol.
I would be surprised if 5 other guys in the whole league had pictures this arrogant and tbh it wouldn't surprise me one bit if there are a grand total of 0 other guys.

this is more a of a reflection of your lack of self-confidence than it is a statement of cooper's confidence :ohwell:

While I don’t agree with Yes or No’s take, you are an obese beaner and any sense of self confidence you have should be more rooted in being low iq and psychotic rather than real confidence.

No matter how good you are you need a little bit of that pep on your step to be the best. If you don’t believe in yourself nobody else will. If he did a loser less confident expression we would be ripping on him for being a beta nerd. You need to believe to make it happen, no matter how good you are.

There are plenty of players that think they’re the best in the league. Show me another one with a pfp like that tho lol

I don’t know dudes pfps but in this line of business having a smirk in their pfp is much better than a cheesy unauthentic corporate fake smile

Please get me outta here! Lol
Austin Reaves :applause:
On another note though..poor Kings fans. Looked like a cool comeuppance a couple years ago but now will likely be one of the worst teams in the league with not much to look forward to. Tough to see after 20+ years of nothingness.
Just looked it up..the Kings have played in ONE playoff series in the last 20 years. Jesus.
I remember when a shit ton of people in the bay area were Kings fans during the early-mid 00's. Back then it seemed like most people here were either Lakers or Kings fans, you would see some Warriors fans, but rarely. The moment the Kings started to suck again the fans all vanished, I haven't seen a Kings jersey or met a Kings fan out here in almost 20 years now.

He sure is dunking a lot. I think he'll eventually join the 100+ dunks & 200+ 3PM in a season club. Only one member: Lauri Markkanen. I also think Coop will be the best player on the team by the end of the season. Always seems to be leading the momentum swings.

He certainly looked like their best player last night.
If Flagg becomes Dallas best player its almost as much an indictment of AD as him living up to the hype. Flagg is a great talent but if he was in shape Davis would be an MVP candidate. Being sent away by the Lakers must have hurt some but he should realize that he still has a great opportunity to win with Flagg and Irving. And at his age with his injury history he may not habe many more seasons where he can still be great. Feels like he's wasting one right now.

The funny thing is Dallas allegedly traded Luka for being fat and out of shape. Lol @ AD being the heaviest he's ever been rn.
