little shiver step / misdirection
Jordan was the GOAT at every facet of basketball.
Don't forget, he also passed.like Magic, shot better than Bird, rebounded like Wilt and defended the paint like Russell. Faster than AI, stronger than Shaq and taller than Yao.

You're talking about areas other than scoring, while I'm only talking about scoring - Jordan is the only player that had goat gravity in every scoring scenario, aka downhill, off-screens, post... from a scoring standpoint, he's basically Luka, Reggie Miller and Hakeem combined, but with goat athleticism
The first clip above is clearly an uncalled blocking foul on DeJordan

:oldlol: you made my point.

Also in the clip: gravity = guys getting back on d in a ho-hum regular manner. He needs to watch some clips on what gravity really is. Im sure Mj generated plenty of gravity but neither clip is even a real example of it. Perfect snapshot of OP's forum existence.

One simple move and he's off to the paint
I've seen traffic cones play better defense:facepalm

You had no point
Everyone in history is a 1-dimensional scorer compared to MJ - Luka only has goat gravity going downhill, or Hakeem on the post - only MJ has it everywhere

MJ makes everyone look slow. It would be even worse today because there's more unathletic euros or -3-point specialists, or weak-minded soft players that fear smoke and real competition
Also in the clip: gravity = guys getting back on d in a ho-hum regular manner. He needs to watch some clips on what gravity really is. Im sure Mj generated plenty of gravity but neither clip is even a real example of it. Perfect snapshot of OP's forum existence.
Luka only has goat gravity going downhill, or Hakeem on the post, whereas only MJ has it everywhere - goat-level at all aspects of scoring - that's why he averaged a full 4-5 ppg more than all the best scorers in playoff history (KD, Kobe, Lebron, West, Baylor, etc)... MJ is the only guy to reach 30 ppg career playoff average and he's at 33.5
Currys off ball gravity was definitely greater. He drew a half court 4v3 fastbreak automatically. Nobody else ever did that.

that's what jordan did - let me know if you need video examples of this standard
and has a coach ever said "our defensive rebounding was decimated because we were double-teaming Curry", because that's what Jeff Van Gundy said about MJ.
and jordan faced 5 on 1 defensive attention or 5-defender strongsides, especially in the 80's or early 90's - again, let me know if you need video examples.. In contrast to MJ facing 5-defender strongsides, Curry enjoys weakside spacing (modern strategy), so he never faces 5-defender strongsides like MJ. Curry would also get hurt in the first game against the defensive attention that MJ faced
finally, if we removed the 3-point line (like the 70's), Curry would never have decided to play basketball.. And if he did, his 25-foot 2-pointers would be far less efficient and not preferred over a dunk or awesome layups/score from Hakeem, Alex English, Bernard King, and about 200 other great scorers.
MJ shifts entire defenses in his direction and requires more "help" defense than anyone in history

To be fair....Luka generates a TON of gravity.
