Well, Jordan himself is actually very dark, so I wouldn't be suprised if that was him, or atleast photoshoped version of him.

it's real. There was other pics from the same party and Jordan has been known to like white girls, just as you can find many similar pics of his sons. That's hardly gangster gear, Jordan23 jeans and a thermal.
