Bad Guy is pretty damn crazy
i am disappointed in this album. thank you.
Rap God is my favorite song.
he sounds too angry and yells the lyrics.........insted of using the good flow he used on previous albums..........i turned it off and put on some Shyne , much better

I actually like the way he was angrily rapping his verses...it didn't seem forced or just for the sake of doing it like his last couple of albums. For the first time since MMLP, his Slim Shady alter ego seemed to come out, and it's like he loses control during a song and flips the switch from Eminem and Slim Shady. I really like the album, I'm ranking it as his third best behind the SSLP and MMLP. He went back to his roots....making music for people to listen to when they feel shitty about themselves And I love the Busta Rhymes-like flow on tracks like Rap God and Love Game. Evil Twin, Rap God, and Legacy are my 3 favorite tracks.
Thanks for the support A--hole, thanks for the support, cuz everybody knows
I loved this album. This and Devin's One for the Road are my favorite albums of the year. The way eminem tells a story is uncanny, you hang on every word. Em is pure hip hop, at its most lyrical form. Nice touch in sampling Joe Walsh among others. Listening to the album was like watching a movie.
I liked it, personally.
here's an interesting take........
lol at the second review
MMLP2 > Anything Jay Z or Kanye have done in the last 5 years

Hey you guys need to listen to Stan then Bad Guy ( Stan part 2 ) . Unbelievable what a lyrical genius 15 minutes of genius. This sequence alone solidify Eminem on the Mount Rushmore of Rap/HipHop. Easily Top 4 of All-Time. Biggie nor Tupac could story tell like Em can. blew my mind listening to this sequence.
Stan - crazed fan , then eminem writes back
Bad Guy -- Stan's little brother mathew comes to kill eminem, then eminem conscience takes over after he dies.
"So satanic, K-Mart chains panic
Cause they can't even spin back the curse words
Because they're worse when they're REVERSE, MOTHER****ER!
(spins back) RAPE YOUR MOTHER, KILL YOUR PARENTS"

I still can't get past Rap God. Em's flow is ridiculous.
That being said, the album is good however its not something I'll spin constantly. Does Em have to sing the hook on almost every single song? Its way too much for my taste.
I haven't listened to the whole album yet, but i just saw that it sold 800,000 albums last week for its debut week.
Don't Front is really good.
A middle level Em album IMO. Not as good as his first three but def better than Encore and Relapse. I'd probably give it the edge over Recovery
