Wolves trade R.Sessions, R.Hollins to Cavs for D.West, S.Telfair
Sessions and Hollins for West and Telfair
Good trade for the Wolves, it give them 2 pg :lol
"Still working on confirmation, but here's what just heard: Sebastian Telfair and Delonte West to Minny for Ramon Sessions and Ryan Hollins." - Bob Finnan
Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
As a Wolves fan, i'd rather keep Hollins, and acquiring West doesn't intrigue me at all.
-
Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
Good for the Wolves. Clears up more playing time for Darko, and gives you two more guards at the same time.
KAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHNNNNNNNNN

Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
Fail for Kahn in the sense that Sessions was signed to be a trade able asset, now we have to give a 2nd pick to give him away:oldlol: :(
-
Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
LOL instead of getting rid of a PG , he trades 1 for 2 more , Kahn is insane
West
Flynn
Telfair
Ridnour
Rubio (if he comes over)
lol
-
Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
And it was two season ago that Telfair was a Wolves... They traded him for who? I don't remember
-
Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
The Timberwolves must be Kahns least favorite team in the league..
reminds me of a joke by Dov Davidoff, talks about someone taking a knife to his bike seat and saying how pissed off and low someone must be to see a bike and say "look at this rich mother fucker with his ten speed"
How much must Kahn hate the Wolves to go out of his way to ruin them, because I refuse to believe he actually thinks these are good moves that he is making.

Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
They're going to release Delonte most likely bc of his unguaranteed contract.
-
Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
Please Hawks - do this:
Hawks get
Ramon Sessions
Wolves get
Mo Evans
Jeff Teague
Do it! Get an upgrade at point guard for the Hawks. And the Wolves get two expirers, who can contribute this year, freeing up cap space.

I'll take his crazy ass on the Bulls if that's the case. Forget McGrady.

At least, Kahn cleared out salary cap space by getting Delonte's waiveable contract.
Bad trade for the Cavs.
They should keep their cap space open for next summer when they can pull a Miami and go after some A level free agents.

Check this out. Even huupshype is confused with Minnesota's neverending Point Guard frenzy. I screen captured their rumor page. Look before its deleted.

UPDATE: They changed it. They figured it out quick.

Re: Wolves trade R.Sessions, R.Hollins to Cavs for D.West, S.Telfair
Soooo I still haven't figured out why Minnesota is so interested in having all this capspace.
Does Cleveland look to move Mo Williams now, or is Sessions just a backup?
-
Re: Wolves trade R.Sessions, R.Hollins to Cavs for D.West, S.Telfair
Hell yes, the Cavs making a push to become the 8th seed and knock out the Heat in the 1st round, sign me up :D

That would be greater than the Miracle on Ice.

Re: Rumor trade: Wolves - Cavs
Minny was stupid to let go of Hollins. I think he's got a bit of Tyson Chandler upside (only better) in him.
Minny will release BOTH Telfair and Wes

Re: Wolves trade R.Sessions, R.Hollins to Cavs for D.West, S.Telfair
Does Kahn have some sort of strategy with all the PG's? Is it just a coincidence or is he planning an all PG team in a strange don nelsonish move?

West will def be waived imo. Yahoo said they might explore a trade for Telfair, he has small $ and 1 yr left.

all i know is that he's fairly young, and put up some nice stats near the end of his run in Milwaukee.

I hope Kahn keeps West so when Sota plays Miami Lebron will be terrified
-
Re: Wolves trade R.Sessions, R.Hollins to Cavs for D.West, S.Telfair
Wait....West can be bought out for $500,000? Oh.....so that makes sense. That's nothing compared to his salary.
Why was it necessary to trade for Telfair though? :hammerhead:

He'd be a good fit in Boston in terms of toughness and helping their bench but his mental issues with KG in the same locker room...

He loves to draw contact and get to the free throw line. He doesn't have a good shot at all and he knows that. Because of his bad shot he hardly ever shoots jumps shots so he does have an OK percentage. He was a decent man defender here in Minny. He is also a very streaky shooter which will be frustrating at times.
