Heat players look in good shape in preseason

Q: All the Heat players seem to be in incredible shape. They are losing weight and toning up! Maybe Pat Riley should be in charge of health care in the U.S. or at least Miami? -- Stuart.

A: Hmm, RileyCare? Of course, it could be argued that Micky Arison's budget is bigger than the federal government's, with little dissent allowed with the Heat, unlike with Congress. As Shane Battier said, the Heat is not an organization for the self-conscious. Get in shape . . . or get out.
