I personally think its Anthony Parker
I couldn't find a video close up on how he shoots but this will do http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z2ffR7AGAZk

Stephen Curry 100%
TMac
Silky smooth; makes it seem effortless. Makes you think that he is not trying.
:lol

Without forgetting Kevin Martin's name :lol
Allen?
I do not always like they way it looks but Lamarcus Aldridge and Sheed have a nice high stroke when "ON"
Rice and Mitch were the last players with insanely sweet strokes for my money.

Jesus Shuttlesworth, and it's really not close.
Redick is nice, but T-mac, Parker, and the others mentioned in this thread do not even have textbook shooting forms.
Mine :hammertime:
if we're talking pure form and aesthetics it WAS Pat Garrity but he retired this season. Mike Redd, Mike Miller, Ray Allen, Ben Gordon, Jason Kapono would be my current front runners with some love for Nash and Rip who have ability to come off of wild lateral jumps and find stillness and picture perfect release up top
J.J. Redick
I would defiantly have to say Ray Allen has the smoothest shot and best form, but overall I am a big believer in Kobe having the best shot. Just watch, when he goes up for a Jumper it is almost guaranteed that the ball will find its way through the net.
