When he's asking for a shirt at the end. Such cringe. Severely awkward, retarded guy.

Definitely.
They're aware they have a mic attached to them so they have to say something to make it worthwhile.
Houston Rockets cheerleaders go through 3-day conferences on how not to get pregnant by Dwight Howard.
This gal did her homework :applause:
Dwight's always appeared to have the personality traits of someone who likes being a clown but really isn't good at being a clown. I think he wants to be someone he's not in a lot of respects. I've known a handful of people who've acted similarly.
There seems to be a slight lack of self-awareness too. It's not the most self-destructive thing ever, it's just tough to get everyone on board with someone like that. I've had players of mine who've acted in that manner. They thought they were being good leaders by saying what they felt to be leader things, "Let's go guys! We can do this and take it all to the top!" but everyone could see through it and the effect was lost as a result.
Also, his snickering at his own poor humor makes me cringe a little. There's always a sense of, "This is going to be so funny, what I'm about to do."
