Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Any UNC guys watching the game?
I would appreciate any running commentary that can be posted about the game since I'm stuck checking box scores at work.
edit - Just checked bracketology for the first time and noticed it has us possibly playing again Wisconsin second round. The game is set in the Milwaukee region but I wouldn't mind that match-up at all.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Got ESPN3 to work so I've been watching. Zanna is MURDERING Carolina right now.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Patterson is ****ing choking this game away right now. Watching Pitt try to break this press is like watching a bad HS game.
It blows my mind why Robinson just waits for the trap to come every time. Dude just gets the ball and holds it.
Honestly can't believe we won. One of the worst meltdowns I have ever seen. The refs were terrible down the stretch missing calls both ways.

Yeah, sorry. Was posting on a North Carolina board.
This UNC team still doesn't get it. They have so little offensive talent that if they don't give 100% effort from the tip, they will dig themselves into huge holes.
Outside of Paige, no one can make a jump shot. Outside of Paige and Brice, no one can make a layup. We NEED to live off the offensive glass and defensive pressure to get easy buckets. It's the only reason why we went on that win streak.
I'll excuse the State game because it was on the road, they were fighting for their lives, and it's a rivalry game. But the last 4 games have eerily similiar to December.
This is a 32/(maybe) Sweet 16 team if we get a good draw. Thank God we have fire power coming in next season. Still missing that post player, though. Hopefully Giles can be that guy in two years while the Hicks, Johnson, and Meeks continue to develop.
Good game, Pitt fans. Zanna (sp?) destroyed us all game.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
I had to LOL when Paige fouled out and he was replaced by a senior walk-on.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Niang takes a brutal elbow to the face....that ain't good going forward...important part of their team.
Man that's a lot of blood

LOL wish I saw that, missed the game.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Iowa State looks like a team that could get to the Final Four. Two amazing seniors, a great coach, a team coming together at the right time.

too many god damn shooters on that team. sucks we lose the Big 12 but yea, Iowa St. is good and nobody outside of Perry and Wiggins could score. Tharpe, Mason, Greene, Tarik, someone has to start scoring more. I have faith in this team even with no JoJo tho. Selden, Wiggins and Perry is still more than most teams have, and we have the best coach. I foresee a final 4 run.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Missed free throws is going to be Florida's downfall.

UM-O$U showing why Big Ten is tops.

Here we go, Friars, here we go!
