Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Yea it definitely was. Second half was crazy so many big runs for both teams. Still, very disappointed in my Spartans. Made it closer than it needed to be with TOs. Izzo's post game interview was priceless "Payne played like a man, others...they played like little boys" Obviously referring to Valentine :lol
Another close win that really shouldn't have been this close.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Wiggins finally figured his shit out. played a really efficient game and showed some aggression, him and Selden looking like Bron and D-wade.

So what he hit some shots. He can't control a game and make his teammates better or create his own shot via drive or post. He shies away from contact when he drives. Dude is grossly overrated only because of his "potential".
Selden and Embiid. will be a better pros imo.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
lol, he's been creating space and blowing by people all year, just hasn't been finishing. and he controlled the end of the Duke game.... he's getting a lot better about fighting through contact too (see last night), and his ball control is 10x what it was at the beginning of the year. not to mention he's one of the best defenders in the nation.

Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Marcus Smart is the most complete player in college and deserves a top 5 pick.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Out of curiosity, where would you guys draft Doug McDermott?

Late 1st. His NBA Position is still unknown.
Is he quick enough to guard 3s and big enough to guard 4s.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck

first round only if i intend to use him as a stretch 4, dont think he can stick with guys on the perimeter in the NBA. definitely a great offensive player though, could be a Ryan Anderson type player
Don't think he's a lottery player, especially not this year.

It's so hard to predict how these types of players are going to turn out. He could be a hidden gem though. I like his game
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Iowa State v. Kansas has been interesting. First time watching Iowa State all season and I'm surprised they have only lost once. They have struggled to guard KU inside and have struggled from 3.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Very busy at work past couple weeks. Only saw a few games, none of which were Duke games......so what's Parker's deal lately?
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
Love Vonleh's game. Great skill in a hustle/energy guy.
Re: 2013-2014 Observation Deck
