That's my guess as well. Either that, or he uses hair fibers incessantly.
If a guy's [I]natural[/I] hairline is that low, it'd typically mean they still have a headful of hair; if so, why not grow it out longer? Why buzz it so short every morning (the illusion Doc is trying to pull off)?
