Wonder if Jeff Hornacek will win NBA Coach of the Year

Wonder if Jeff Hornacek will win NBA Coach of the Year. Certainly a top candidate. The Suns are the surprise team of the season, along with the Trail Blazers. Though the Blazers were at least expected to be average. Suns were expected to be below average.

I don't think Stotts is the best coach, to be honest. I think Hornacek is better but his team is obviously worse. Which shouldn't be a factor but it will be.
