He is a hypocrite he fires and trades player without even apologizing or let alone consulting them. But he expects Lebron to do something he has never done :oldlol:

I think Gilbert's plan involves swapping his roster with the Celtics and adding Dwight Howard. Yeah, that might do it.

this is good. if the gms don't want get stomped on, then they need to take a harder line as well. gilbert found out the hard way that you can't let a lower level employee run the show.
cuban's tampering idea would be impossible to enforce, and as much as power needs to be wrested away from the players, i don't think it's a good idea to even try.

 That was awesome not going to lie.
See I don't blame Lebron for leaving the Cavs, it's the way he did it that's the problem. On National TV, building up everyone's hopes only to crush them. That was a d*ck move.
On the other hand Dan Gilbert can't be angry that Lebron choose to leave, because he couldn't get him and sufficient help for the last 7 years. He can be angry at the way he left (which I think he is), but I can't blame Lebron for leaving.
I guess this makes Dan Gilbert a liar? and pauk> Dan Gilbert when it comes to championship guarantees.
