Durant will definitely rise to the occasion.
Reggie Jackson will step up in a big way.
OKC beats LA with or without Westbrook. Book that.

I'm gonna go out on a limb & say that OKC won't miss Westbrook as much as they think they will. I think they can still make it to the WCF but Durant will have to be dropping 35-40 like Melo has been for the past month 1/2.
This is actually gonna be really interesting, can't wait to see who steps up for them. Jackson has potential. Plus this makes trading away Eric Maynor for nothing pretty dumb.
Ya that's a 34 year old dude who was never a spectacular athlete. This is the best athlete in the league.

But MWP's not exactly there in the head, maybe he came back much earlier than first reported, who knows. Expected timetables for torn mensiscus' are 6-8 weeks.
Obviously I'm hoping he pulls a MWP and comes back sooner though.
That sucks that hes out. I think Hou has a chance to win this series now.
wooooooooooooooow
this blows
Now you btches know how we feel about Jones when he injured Kobe?
GOATBROOK get well soon!!!
Reggie Jackson has looked quite decent recently tho.
This is Durant's time now. Lets see what he's got.
Maybe Westbrook has a Ron Artest-ish recovery?
Depends on where the meniscus tear is. It's wedge-shaped, somehwat similar to a slice of pie. If the injury occurs in the "crust" area, those injuries are the easiest to recover from. If the injury occurs at the thinner part of the meniscus, those are the ones that are the toughest to make a timely bounceback from.

This is just the beginning of his athletic decline. The guy will be playing with Rose for the Bejing Ducks in the next 5 seasons.
If someone doesn't lay Beverly the F.U.C.K. out...
Wow.
Just....wow.

:facepalm :facepalm Please they wouldve still beat OKC with Westbrook
You're rigiht, he did, but Westbrook means a lot more to the Thunder than Bosh does to the Heat. Not to mention the teams the Thunder are potentially going to have to go through just to get to the Finals without Westbrook are going to be better than the teams the Heat went through last year without Bosh.
No doubt. Just pointing out to that poster that although they havent had that major injury this year, they didnt have that fortune during the playoffs the previous season. That injury also happened to be a blessing in disguise for them since it forced them to play small ball.

U have a point cause he runs tbe offense and is such a big scorer for them but your talking apples and oranges when u get deep in playoffs as to what teams are better as the old Celtics gave heat a much tougher series than okc did.
Karma is a bitch for those stupid Westbrook fans who hated on Rose for having his injury.
Wellthis sucks for the league though. Jeez Miami's run for a championship gets THAT much easier.
