Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season

This is a what if scenario so I can't an't even argue this. So whatever.
Billups, Barnes, Crawchuck, Hill and all the other retirement home Clippers are done in 2 years tops.
So you're telling me CP3 is gonna stay for Deandre and Blake Griffin?:biggums:
The only players on the books in 2 summers will be CP3, Griffin, DJ and Crawford. Bledsoe will be traded for a talented SG or SF and the Clippers will have 10-15 mill in cap to spend depending on what they do. That's enough for a tier two or three star player and obviously a bunch of players will be willing to sign on the cheap to play in LA with CP3+Griffin. So the answer is yes, he will stay for DJ+BG.
Billups will be 37 (skill based game, still will contribute some I'm sure). Barnes will be 34 (he's a scrappy role player who plays defense and rebounds)... not sure why you think these guys will sharply decline or be gone. Billups value to our team is more in his intangibles and fundamentals than his actual production. Barnes isn't relied on heavily and his defense, hard fouls and rebounding aren't something that will go away in two years.
Hill will be retired but he's hardly played at all this year so not sure how that effects us. "Crawchuck" is having his 2nd or 3rd best season of his career at 32 years old and has been great for us.... en route to winning his 2nd 6th man of the year award this year. Not his fault your retarded team tried to play him at PG and he sucked.
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
CP3 and Horford would be a godly pick and pop
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
CP3 to Cleveland like in 2K
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
CP3 to Cleveland like in 2K
:oldlol: seriously made me laugh out loud. Every fu**ing time I play association mode he signs with the Cavs, making Kyrie the backup :applause: . Only way I get him to stay is adding a PLAYER option and a no trade clause, then he always takes my deal.
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
If Howard is going to Atlanta then Josh Smith is staying in Atlanta. And if Chris Paul is going to Atlanta then that's the trio, with Horford getting traded for someone good on a rookie deal or something.
But I'm pretty sure he'll stay with the Clippers...unless he just wants to live somewhere else.
..... because of him.
Griffin and Deandre are mediocre.
Sad if you actually believe this.
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
99.9% chance he stays IMO. I really don't see why he would leave. Good team, good city..
Dwight/CP3/Dirk would be pretty bad ass though.
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
Damn, we should have offered Amare for him at the deadline :oldlol:

Usually it's Dwight who goes there on mine so CP3 goes to Detroit/Houston :lol
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
to detroit pistons my guess
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
People are delusional. CP3 is staying and Simers got him in an interview after the Spurs blowout and pried him like usual. CP3 has already talked about many times how he loves it here. The guy bought an 8 million dollar home and his kid and wife are happy. I'll bet anybody on this forum anything that dude stays :facepalm . Ban bet, 1 year avy bet.. don't care.
an 8 million dollar home in LA is as easily sold as it is bought. are you trying to tell me that his wife and kid wouldnt be happy living like kings in NYC?

NY isn't an upgrade to LA man. If he had moved to NY from NO I'm sure he would have been happy. He wanted LA or NY and got one of them though so I have no doubt whatsoever that NY hasn't even crossed his mind.
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
i hope to god cp3 stays with the clippers. If he and a healthy dwight end up together it would be game over for the league

Chris talking about his situation just two days ago. Sounds like he's beyond happy with the Clippers. "Blake Griffin is like a brother to me now", "The Clippers have been unbelievable to me since day one", "We are like a family".
Re: CP3: I haven't decided what I am going to do next season
God damn first Dwight now Chris Paul. What's up with all these attention whore superstars? What happened to just saying you're committed to a team. I don't even see a better situation in the league that he could even leave for as a free agent.

Bro it's not him being an attention whore, he's no Dwight. He always changes the topic and says he's happy. This is just one sentence being taken out of context. TJ Simers is consistently guilty of twisting quotes and trying to start a fire in LA.
