Gilbert sounds like he likes to suck NBA players *****.

hard to believe this is legit... couldn't believe an owner would say some of those things until i just saw it on sportscenter . lmao
Well it
It's easy to label today's events as a black and white situation so that we can choose a side and argue with one another, but to me it's not as clear as that because both opposing views have legitimate claims.
View from one side: Did LeBron owe it to the Cavs to stay and possibly miss out on winning championships? NO
View from opposing side: Did the way LeBron handle this free agency show to be a little douchey? YES
Neutral: Was he going to be criticized no matter where he chose to play? Probably
Loyalty? Where's Danny Ferry and Mike Brown? Who traded Big Z?
While I appreciate Gilbert's moxy, he's on something a little stronger than Pepsi if he thinks they're winning a title with that shitty roster.
To be honest, Cleveland will be lucky to make the PLAYOFFS next year with that squad, let alone a title.
The Cavs have no one to blame but themselves. They shouldn't expect LeBron to eat shit for his entire career and just smile.
I love the venom coming from Gilbert.. but c'mon.. did he really have to include:
"I PERSONALLY GUARANTEE THAT THE CLEVELAND CAVALIERS WILL WIN AN NBA CHAMPIONSHIP BEFORE THE SELF-TITLED FORMER
Cleveland ain't winning no chip anytime soon, but I ike Dan Gilbert's moxie.

Yeah you're right. It's not like the Cavs organization did everything they could to give him a championship caliber team ...
I love how everyone around here was saying this years Cavs were easily the best in the NBA right up until LeBron couldn't lead them anywhere.
Why do guys like Dirk, Melo, TMac etc etc etc get ripped for not leading talented teams to the promised land but LeBron gets a free pass?
i hope lebron wins a championship and writes a public letter to dan gilbert
Dear Dan,
umad? lolz
sincerely,
The King

It's interesting to see all these posts on how Cleveland was supposedly this horrible team. They compete for a championship every year, but only one team gets to snag it. I do not see how a team that won 61 and 66 games in their previous two seasons can be thought of as so horrible. Were they good enough to win a championship? Apparently not. But I don't see how winning 60+ can be treated as if LeBron was playing with last years' Nets.

:lol
it's business when a team trades a player, but when a free agent signs with another team it's personal
