Another thing I learned, and I got this from Micah Lancaster, is to an encorpoate a basketball even into workouts which don't necccesarily include one

Rick Torbetts a genius, his better basketball videos were nasty. I focused mostly on the ball handling dribbles because i had absolutely zero, but that and the triple threat alone bumped me from someone who averaged 5-6ppg of garbage points, to someone who can avg 9.5ppg scoring from all over the place. Also gave me a breakout avg of 12ppg in a weaker league.

GREAT POST..... An you right for the music. With my Ipod i can find that extra motivation. Just listen to Move bitxxx of Ludacriss or a good ol fashion hardrock and you 'll see.
