True that! All people I know who plays SC2 are absolute nerds.I hope you are exeption cause at least you like Basketball.
Don't worry Gordon Hayward plays sc2 aswell he's going to attend some lan tournament in couple days.

Ya I do, I got the game two years after it was released and have been a fan of the series since.
SC2 is an underground classic, but SC4 has been out for a while and it was pretty dam good albeit a few cheap moves that never got patched. Hell, the 5th one is coming out.
Kinda sucks not knowing what happens with the players and teams. Usually by now, there's some trades, some players in the summer league/preseason turning heads, and some free agent signings to new teams... without all that, it's basically last season + the new rookies and that's it. Too stagnant for me to buy a new NBA game.
I don't think it even has rookies. The rooks aren't signed to NBA deals yet.
Same with NBA Live 99 didn't have rookies when it first came out.

Oh wrong SC:roll: My bad. Great game, but don't have as much time to play it as I want. Now this game, it won't get played out for a good 5-8 years.

Yeah one of the main reasons I want the game is for the rookies haha.
At least Rubio will be on the T-wolves.
I think I am going to trade in 2k11, tiger woods, fifa...and get the game. I mean Why play 2k11 when there is 2k12... Tiger woods game was alright but I am not the biggest golf fan. (never play it)...And a new fifa is coming out so fifa11 will be outdated. So I might as well trade in all these game I wont play that much for a game I will play a lot more.
Even If I get like 20 bucks off thats okay.
I'm not going to get it right away. I heard 2k11 dropped their prices by at least 10 bucks a week after it dropped, so I'm gonna be patient n save my 10 if that's the case this time. Plus I want to see more gameplay before getting it, I know there will be people posting youtube vids all week long.
I used to pre-order my 2K's on Amazon every year but I'll wait on this one.
No NBA, no motivation to play 2K. I'll probably wait till the lockouot ends. By then I hope they release a patched version with all the rookies.
PC version will have all the rookies.

NP
old school teams will be the only teams i'll be using.:pimp:
That'll definitely be my saving grace on 2K12 until the lockout is resolved. It'll feel awfully funky to use the non-updated rosters for, well, pretty much anything (My Player, Association, Quick Game). Therefore, I imagine putting in a lot of time with the classics. I'm a huge classics guy. Unfortunately, the ability to edit and create more classic teams seems to have become more difficult this year. But even still, it should work out.

My driving force behind purchasing the game on release day this year is the inclusion of the '91 Warriors and '02 Kings in all copies of the game upon the initial shipment. However, it seems some folks are not receiving their Warriors/Kings code like they should. Either way, I want to give myself a chance to get it, because I love both of those teams.
Tomorrow...probably gonna play My Player alot...
but Gamertag is KobeizGOAT 2EZ if anyone play's online.
Too busy with Gears 3. I'll pick it up in a few weeks.
So wait, if last year's game has the old teams, why would you pay again this year to use old teams? I mean I know there's a few new ones probably, but it's gonna take more than that to convince me. Only old teams I ever really used were the 90s Bulls and Cavs
If there's no rookies then I definitely won't be getting 2k11 Volume 2 :oldlol:
Getting it tmrw morning. I don't think ppl can call it 2k11 2.0 because they've updated all the modes and improved the gameplay and once the lockout is over the rosters will be updated.
