I read somewhere when he was traded that that bridge has fallen ie he won't be going back to SA.
It's time for Bowen to retire as his rep can't make up for his lack of skillz at age 38.
I've heard similar things, but it still wouldn't surprise me if they worked something out.
Bowen ought to go to Cleveland.
why would CLE or BOS need him?
(Moon / Daniels)
Going back to the Spurs...............

To keep increasing their average age.
To keep increasing their average age.
You have a point. :D
The spurs are definitely going to pick him up. Mark my words. Bowen loves SA too much and he means too much to the organization for him not to go back. Everyone in SA wants him back from the owner to the fans. Bowen made a name for himself and won multiple rings in SA and he can see that they have obviously gotten better. He will go back to SA.
Didnt he have a falling out with Popovich over coming off the bench?
no he didn't
come to D.C.? We kinda sorta don't have any defense...
I wouldn't mind him on the Clippers. We need a SF who can play defense and who can play without the ball and Bowen is exactly that. I'd even start him over Al Thornton so that Al can bring offense off the bench and have Bowen as a glue guy in the starting lineup.
Kaman/ Jordan
Griffin/ Camby
Bowen/ Thornton
Gordon/ R. Davis
B. Davis/ Telfair
This team could work.

4.40 he says that if he got waived he would love to come back to San Antonio. Obviously they would want to have him.
I'd laugh if BB ended up in Cleveland.
But yeah, he's headin' back to San Antonio. Hopefully for him, he'll have a better season, because he was trash last season.
Since when do OKC and Championship contender come in the same sentence?
I just threw in OKC, considering Sam Presti is a former FO exec of the Spurs.
