Blame the owner. Blame the supporting cast.
Yet LeBron is the one who runs to a team with aplayer who's arguably better than him and a top-3 power forward cause its best for HIM to win.
Priceless.

I got goosebumps reading this shit. It's so amazing.
How is it disloyal to leave a crappy franchise who was too incompetent to build a team around the best player in the league? How can you call the guy a traitor when he gave 7 years and brought more success than any other Cav? Any other player who was NOT from the area would have left after their rookie deals. But he stayed. And he tried, and failed. And you want to call him a traitor because he had the right to leave a crappy franchise and not waste the rest of his career there like KG?
Sorry Gilbert, but YOU are the traitor who can't run a team. They can't draft, they can't win, and oh my will you ever look back on Lebron's time there with envy because you aren't getting back to that level any time soon.
"I will not leave the city of Cleveland until I have brought a championship here." -LeBron James
dan gilbert is my NEWEST nba hero
speak the truth my friend speak the truth
Anyone else think the "Decision" special on ESPN wasn't really LeBron's idea?
It seems like something his punk business managers (Mav Carter or whatever the f-ck his name is) pushed as a good idea.
Because he did not look comfortable or even all that happy to be doing that at all.
I think LeBron needs to cut that entourage off, he doesn't need them.
It was Lebron's idea, he even had 500,000 charity deal with University of Phoenix.
Gilbert just paid +15 million dollars in luxury tax money for the second straight year while LeBron quits on the team to go to a squad who's been dumping salary for three years.
F*ck outta here. There is no lines of professionalism here. LeBron quit and bailed on his team for no reason. SMFH at you b*tch-ass suckas acting like this dude didn't quit right in front of your eyes just to basically set this move up.
Just a heads-up, he quit the Cavaliers because its a shitty franchise with zero prospects of ever winning a title or even knowing how to take a good stab at it.
Be mad more!
hmmm.....Wade-LeBron-Bosh or Mo-Jamison-Varejao? tough choice
Pretty sure Miami will win first..
Cleveland showing its true colors. Gee, I wonder why LeBron would leave?
Gilbert would not have written this letter had he not been lied to.
The Real Lebron James (and his team) are known in Akron for a variety of things - one of them is "owning" the town, gettin VIP'd, not tipping, and some other things.
Guaranteed that Gilbert retracts a little after calming down, but someone lied to the man.
what a loser. Lol at cavs winning a chip before bron does. the guy lost it. pathetic.
Hey Cleveland.......
WTF do you know? Your amateur, childish approach to the childish letter forgot to mention that LBJ would never sign long term - so no big time FA would ever commit to here. He handcuffed everyone in the organization by having the "Summer of 2010" out there like Armageddon, so Ferry had to sacrifice near future for immediate future. LBJ did as much creating of this situation as anyone involved.
Why would he sign long term?! The franchise has been incompetent since day 1.

All of the moves that Cleveland made were applauded during the offseason/regular season... it was never 2nd guessed until Cleveland lost in the playoffs

Champion post of the night. Professional. Insightful. Congratulations!

That's what puzzles me why would Lebron or any star want to play for franchise like the Cavs they have no history, the city is basically another Detroit. At least Motown has some rich history and is close to Canada in case you to get away when Obama brings back the draft.
