I had already posted the news in another thread, but this, I think deserves it's own thread. It's a place of rejoicing or cynical thinking.

Personally, he will peak as the fat guy who played with New Orleans (or was it Cleveland?). I don't remember his name, but his nickname was Tractor Traylor.

It's our luck that while Ammo is finally getting his groove with the Lakers, May will get his groove with the Kings. As far as Walter Herrmann, we probably could have re-claimed him before he went off to play back in Europe. So what's left for us? AI. Who nobody seems to want......

Sean will be a force for the Kings the first half of the season. Then he will have knee problems followed by Krispy Kreme problems. Trust me, we will not miss him.

Tractor played for the Charlotte Hornets. He was one of my favorites!

I just wish I owned a burger franchise in the greater Sacramento area.

1-year deal and he knows he has something to prove. He's slimmed down a bit and if his knees aren't totally screwed, he'll have a career year.

Some unwise franchise will offer him a long-term next summer (NOT us please God). His weight will balloon again, and he'll be out of the league by age 30.

I hope I'm wrong.

BTW, in 06-07 he statistically eclipsed any season Tractor Traylor had. Too bad he played only 35 games.

May used to spend of his on court time in the paint. However, I think he has become more of a small forward type of player, similar to what we've seen in Premoz Brezec. May nowadays takes a bunch of mid-range & sometimes 3pters. I don't think Charlotte needs another of those players. They're too many of those soft PFs in the league and Charlotte already owns quite a few. e.g. Ajinca, Howard, and possibly Derrick Brown in near future.

I hope May does terribly for Sacramento. i have been one of the unfortunate ones to see Sean may partying out on the town drinking like a madman while his knee was in ruins.
