Oh and I have to add another mistake, SHAQUILLE O'NEAL OVER YAO MING?!
How are Ray Allen and Vince Carter better then Melo??Why is AI so much better then Carmelo.
Carmelo got screwed with a 86.
JKidd only an 85???
Because Vince Carter is a better player than Carmelo who is just a chucker and an average rebounder.

 thats a new one...VC better than Melo?
Jason Kidd is underrated when you consider the players that have better ratings than him.

He is he is a more efficient scorer, a less selfish player, a superior passer, he averages just as many rebounds despite being a guard and he is a better defender. Carmelo has never gotten out of the 1st round either. Vince also doesn't have a gay nickname like Melo.
Biedrins and Curry have pretty low ratings. I'm surprised the Knick's and Raptors are both below the Hawks/Bobcats, but NBA Live always has a pretty bad rating system. I probably won't be buying Live anyway unless they drastically turn things around.

I agree. How often do 6'3" point guards average 8.2 rpg or a triple double in 12 playoff games.
He is he is a more efficient scorer,
Vince averaged 25.2 ppg on 45% shooting
Melo averaged 28.9 ppg on 48% shooting
a less selfish player,
Vince shot 1598 times
Melo shot 1453 times
a superior passer,
Vince averaged 4.8
Melo averaged 3.8
So, i'll give you that one
Carmelo has never gotten out of the 1st round either
he has also only been in the league 4 years
Vince also doesn't have a gay nickname like Melo.
Good reason as to why vince is a better player:rollingeyes:
And another thing...on that NJ team (one last year with Kristic out), Melo would average around 8 reb/gm. He is that good at rebounding. Denver has excellent rebounders who take care of that though...Camby, Nene, Najera, Evans. Melo averages about 2 offensive boards a game as well.
And speaking of nicknames...I prefer Melo over Wince.

Vince averages more points per shot. That is more efficient. The reaso he took more shots is ebcause Crymelo was suspended 15 games..ever think about that?
The player rankings are fun to argue about. There will be some legitimacy once one takes a look at what subfields brought about the overall score for each player. That said, the overall team scores are just ridiculous. I mean there are teams any serious follower would place 10 spots from where they are. It looks like they just added up their player rankings and averaged it out with a few tweaks?
Factors such as "Some foreigners can ball too", "New York player insanity", "teamwork", "likelihood of being healthy", and "updated scouting" seem to have been overlooked.

Agreed.. and Melo is second on the U.S. team in rebounds
curry gets a 73 after putting up close to 20per? that's lower than last year.
Where is Mo Williams on the list of point guards? They accidentally put Jameer Nelson in his place?
Caron Butler a 78???
That's too ****ing funny
Butler is better than Josh Howard who has a 85 rating. Butler is behind players such as Ricky Davis (78) Larry Hughes (80) Corey Maggette (79) Jason terry (85!?!?) DEVIN HARRIS (79). To think that someone like Devin Harris is ranked higher than Butler and Ben Wallace is just ridiculous. And the Hawks and Bobcats having higher team rankings than the Wizards, Warriors, and Raptors? WOW
