I guessed you were Asian based on your screenname.

And, Bruce Lee was very mindful about the nutrients he put into his body. He made sure to not have any empty calories in his diet.

Taking vitamins doesn't even have to be due to laziness. You can eat a balanced diet regularly and still pop a capsule after the meal.

But if you vitamin intake is sufficient from veges and fruits, extra from pills ain't gonna take you anywhere.(probably no harm either)

After seeing what happened to Kevin Ware, I will definitely stay on the safe side with my multi that contains a healthy portion of Vitamin D3. That is one nutrient I don't want to skimp on.

I used to take calcium tablets, but I feel like I'm getting enough from my diet and I read that it's not as crucial for men as it is for women to hit a certain level of calcium.
