Did he tell you he was calling the cops and you just stood there waiting for them to come?

Why'd you even burn a birdhouse? I mean seriously if your that bored just do some drugs.
You should be fine though. A couple of my friends lit a dryer that was on the side of the road on fire when they were younger and all they got for punishment was community service and some fire safety training.
you might end up being charged as an adult since Arson is a serious felony. they'll probably put you in the pen with some hardened criminals especially rapists, so i'd start lifting or training in some martial arts now to be able to defend from a buttrape. thats really what i'd be worried about if i were you since i've seen it happen from some harmless incidents, too bad the law only see's black and white.
good luck bro you're going to need it!
this is serious man, i'd be ready for the worst. prison.

Bro, relax. Your only 15, time flys, you set a birdhouse on fire, she's not going to neglect you for that, where the hell do you live north koria? Be serious. What you need to do, is appreciate life more then what's already unappreciated. Things like this happens to shed light to your life, to be thankful for what you already have, & what was done to you to make to recognize & realize, you are now gifted with responsibility, this is just a life learning experience to understand whether you'll be a failure for the remainder of your life or not. Remember what you have had, be thankful for it(your **** virginity) so on the safe side be ready:

Good luck young one.
Look, I know some of you remember me from a couple months back... And I promised I wouldn't come back until next year, but this is serious..
Today, Me and my friends found a birdhouse, stuffed it with paper, and lit it on fire...
We got arrested, and now a petition has been sent to the state..
I am unbelievably ashamed with myself. My mom is crying in the other room right now. She's the only one in the family that knows currently.
I am 15 and unemployed.
So my question is, how do I redeem myself...
You redeem yourself by learning from it, not getting arrested again and stopping being a little punk lighting stolen property on fire.
If you're looking for a quick fix, there ain't one.
They're your parents - they'll get over it eventually so long as you learn from it. You're a minor, it'll come off your record at 18. Become a better person from the experience.
That's all you can do.
Alright, here's my "Day After" feelings:
Why the fuck didn't we run away from that old shit? Why did that old shit call the fucking cops in the first place? The Birdhouse was NOT going to burn the house or the front door; the front door was fucking WAXED, from a LONG time ago...
Now that I know more about the situation, yes, my mom is being fucking ridiculous. Nobody is going to call her and none of her co-workers will find out. Unfortunately for me, nothing I do, say, or show her will make her think otherwise. Those are the thoughts that will stick with her...
If your "day after" thought is "why didn't we run away" and not "why did we burn the bird house" I think you need to reexamine yourself.
ah, yes. stage two of the ungrateful delinquent's thought process has arrived right on time. screw guilt!
next stage: revenge
here, you can take the wuss way out and put burning dog shit on the 'old shit's' door. or you can man up and bash some mailboxes. even better since you aren't old enough to drive, steal a car to really prove who's the boss.
and crying over burning a birdhouse they burned and found. :oldlol:
Too bad we can't all take pictures at the club looking fly like you.
To Facebook: "Hey guys, I go to clubs to take pictures with drinks that are full in my hand, because I'm cool."
there is only one way to regain your honor and redeem yourself
