Not bad. He's way overpaid though. But if Deron resigns we'll at least be somewhat decent.
Are they going to be able to land Dwight Howard if they do this Joe Johnson thing?
Salary wise will be impossible. They don't have the assets or contracts.

I honestly think Hawks and Knicks should have considered an Amare for JJ swap. Or be the nucleus of a deal.
Just a thought.........

If Hawks-Nets deal goes through, Nets are no longer in race for Dwight Howard. Cap room for D12 will be gone.
Jerry Buss to Howard: Come to papa baby:roll:
It means the deal will only go through if DWill re-signs
And if he doesn't, Nets are saying no to this deal?
Holy ****. They Can Stilla Cquire Dwight Howard.

I don't think so

Here's the link to earlier post indicating Orlando had no interest in current Nets offer for DH12: http://on.nba.com/M1j6wr. JJ deal seals that.

David Aldridge @daldridgetnt
Source indicated earlier that the Nets would proceed with JJ deal whether or not they get commitment from Deron Williams to stay w/Brooklyn.
What if they send Lopez back in a trade?
Wow, invest in Joe Johnson instead of putting your hat for D12? They must know he was never coming then.
Even so, Joe Johnson and that contract is not a good consolation prize. Keep the cap, imo.
