:biggums:
No, just draft Dwyane Wade first.
yes. top 5 pick
Cleveland was obsessed with him. So yes
honestly thats a good question.
obviously you would still take lebron pretty high, but he definitely isnt going number 1.
he would go top 10 for sure, but i'm sure darko, carmello, wade, bosh, and kaman might have gone over him ( kaman just because at that time he would be the better prospect than a high school kid who just broke his leg in half.)
Probably darko for the instant chip

Playing with just one leg? Will still be better than Darko. :lol
Of course not. You go for either Melo/Bosh/Wade/Darko (hindsight folks).
either this
The Decision was a television special in which National Basketball Association (NBA) star Darko Milicic announced that he would play for the Miami Heat. It was broadcast live on ESPN on July 8, 2010. Milicic was an unrestricted free agent after playing seven seasons for the Cleveland Cavaliers, where he was a two-time NBA Most Valuable Player and a six-time NBA All-Star.
or kwame
Yes. We can rebuild him. We have the technology.
Yes. He would still go number 1. Kevin Ware injury wasn't nearly as bad as it looked. It was just a basic break. Torn ligaments are much worse. Nerlens Noel was almost drafted number 1 with a torn ACL and he isn't 1/10th the prospect Lebron was.

This. Breaking a bone is not a huge deal and wouldn't affect his performance/athleticism once he recovers from it as long as he didn't damage any ligaments/nerves.
