I need to add some diversity to my dishes. I want some spanish food. I've had pork once at a friends house and it was amazing. I've heard about pernil. I'm really getting into pork lately (chipotle pork)

If you like pork try Menudo soup, probably my fav mexican soup and it's great if you have a hangover.
You gotta get you some Spanish Paella

A restuarant I mostly get mine from incorporates chicken and sausage.
So bangin, that saffron sets it off
I like tacos.
What do ya'll order from spanish restaurants? And which is better? Cuban, Rican, Dominican, etc
Pork stew in green salsa on rice. You'll never eat another rice dish again
It doesn't have to be just pork
Papusas, burrito, tortas, quesadillas. Some stuff my friend moms hook up everytime I visit.

Clearly Cuban is better. Ricans don't know how to cook.
Some vaca frita with white rice, platanitos maduro and some black beans.
Carnitas and fried pork ribs.
What about some Columbian food

Pernil which is slow roasted pork shoulder is quite good.
Arroz con Pollo is delicious too.
Also you seem to be talking Caribbian Spanish and not Mexican or South American Spanish.
