To have ever played in the D-League? I just saw his face on the commercial and now I'm trying to think of other really good players who were in the D-League for a little while.

Jeremy Lin. Gerald Green. Danny Green. Marcin Gortat. Like 80% of the Lakers roster.
That's all I can remember.
I want to say JJ Barea. Gortat is up there also, so is Danny Green and Gerald Green.
Mike Harris is the d-league version of Michael Jordan. He's playing overseas now btw.
Oh damn I didn't know Gortat was in the D-League before. I think he's my pick now.
I think Bobby Simmons may have the only individual NBA award that came from the D-League. He won the Most Improved Player award.
No because Jeremy Lamb played in the D League last year.

Talking about anyone who has played in the D-League or undrafted players from the D-League. Terrence Jones was actually drafted in the first round but was just sent down so he could get playing time.

Good point. Its much different if a player is undrafted or waived and makes their way back up through the D-League than a player sent down to get a few games in. Those guys don't need to be worried about being called up by a team. Jeremy Lin's journey is much more impressive than Jones.
