I don't know about him, but I'm f*ckin' livid. This means all the food that Wade and LeBron would get fat off of down in Miami is not going to this f*cking garbage disposer named Eddy.

He looks like in great shape.
He definitely looks like willing to play defense and rebound. :applause:
Why are people even criticizing this signing. He's just a replacement for magloire or Z. Were not expecting him to do much.
Eddy Curry needs to play in the D-League. Let see if he still knows how to play some basketball.
u mean the Mickey D's-League?
:lol at everyone saying defense

:lol
Curry looking nice and skinny.
Always felt he had huge potential hopefully Riley can keep him in shape and he can really contribute in a beneficial way to the Heat.
What does everyone think Curry's best could be this season?
Obviously the worst is he falls into his old tricks, gets lazy and complacent, doesn't stay fit and basically is a non event in Miami, experiment over.
On the flip side, what's the most Curry could achieve? Starter? 15-20mins a night as a back up to Anthony?
In offensive they arn't going to play through him, or feed him the ball that much, though he did have 20 and 7 season back 06/07. He was capable of scoring when required to.
I think if Curry plays 15-20mins, and can come in an impact with maybe 8-10 points, 5-7 rebounds. Clog the paint and not be a liability on defence. That would be a resonable return for the Heat. Thoughts?

He lost a lot of weight, so that means he's willing to play defense.
Curry was actually a very good M2M Defender.
People forget he is a very good athlete and ridiculously strong.
His issue was always stamina/effort + conditioning.
If he fixes those issues I see no reason he cant be good defensively in short spurts.
He would be good defending bigger centers like Dwight or Yao.
Defense? Heat have Joel A. for defense... Curry is here for low-block offense.
