My God look at his career numbers. You would think he was nothing more than a glorified role player.
I can't imagine he's in very good shape, seeing as I saw a fat guy who was supposedly Wallace playing pickup basketball on YouTube. But hey, if he is then he can definitely still contribute. He'd be a fit on any title contender, with the Clippers being one of the more intriguing destinations.
If he's in shape and serious, I'd love to see him on the Clippers.
That's a ginormous 'IF' though...
Hawks.
He returns to the ATL (he played one game before).
I'd want him in Dallas for sure, he is one of my all time favorite non Mavericks, just loved watching him play.
Everyone wants him. That's who.
I'm surprised he would comeback this early in the season.
I think part of the CBA they fought over so hard last year should've been that if you announce your retirement, you can never, ever play in the NBA again. I hate flip-floppers.

somebody will give him a min contract...I would seriously trade mcroberts for OJ Mayo...and then sign wallace
We'll take him back on the Celtics. Who cares what he did on the offensive end, he always brought tough defense and the Celts are dying in need of a big man who can play some tough D. Nobody was a better one on one defensive player in the post through the 2000's decade and he was the best big help defender after Kevin Garnett. When Ben Wallace left he still anchored the Pistons to a top defensive team by himself. He's extremely underrated defensively because he played at the same time as Duncan, Garnett, and B.Wallace, but he was a great defensive player. He was probably closer to KG more than anyone. People forget what an athlete Sheed was in his younger days. He blocked shots, but was never really someone who protected the paint, but he moved so well that he could switch from player to player like KG and was a terrific help defender at his size. Him and KG were the two best at that ever probably for their size.
we need Sheed !!

Needs to get some time in the D-League to get going (aka like Ricky Davis and Ostertag), but I'm sure his ego wouldn't allow that. Atlanta and the Clippers are logical fits.
Bulls need another big
Boston should get first pick, although I'm sure (if he has a choice) he'll go somewhere with a better shot at a ring.

nobody gives a fcuk about R Davis or Ostertag ....thats why they are in the D League.
He will only sign with a contender and they are not going to ask him to play in D League...
lol seriously WTF man
damnit,,, rasheed couldve made the pistons a dynasty... his skills and size,, its so disappointing... but I hope he makes a team, if he can actually put in work in back-up mintues.
I'd rather just have him stay retired or whatever he's doing right now. I'm tired of watching him play and being reminded that his attitude held him back from being one of the greats and settling for too many jumpers.

Thats a perfect fit.
Rasheed & Chauncey have Title experience together in Detroit.
Rasheed was a teammate of Clippers assistant coach, Robert Pack, when they were in Washington.
Rasheed also is familar with Clippers assistant coach, Dean Demopoulos, who was the lead recruiter at Temple in the 90's under John Chaney. Demopolous has Philly ties in his background and both he and Rasheed's former HS coach at Simon Gratz, Bill Ellerbee, worked at Temple.
Dont ask how I know all this info.:oldlol:
Please go on the Heat!!!!

Nah, its possible.
A new rule in the CBA allows NBA teams to assign veteran players to the D-League for rehab stints to get into shape.
I dont think any team is going to sign a guy who's been retired for 1 1/2 years and immediately throw him onto the floor.
It's sad but I will take an overweight, old/washed up Rasheed Wallace over Charlie Villanueva any day out of the week. Plus I want to see him reunited with Ben Wallace. BUT, it would never happen.
in b4 bagelred
I wouldn't mind him coming back to Portland lol.
I wouldn't mind him coming back to Portland lol.
Oh man, that would be awesome. I'd be making it up for way for games at the Rose Garden if that happened, just to see if 'Sheed can amass more technicals to his legend.
If i were him i'd go to the Lakers or the Heat. Don't see another team that makes sense for him if he wants to win a ring.
this guy jumped to my t5 fav players after seeing him complain about every call in the 2010 finals.
would love to see him on the lakers.

Boy, that's a real bold assessment.
****ing no logic ass posters. he's ashes.

nigg'a u mad?
nigg'a u mad?
...what exactly would I have to be mad about?
You would have served the same purpose by saying "he probably wants to sign with a team that will pay him money, as opposed to a team that will make him play for free."
Not a good idea considering he had back issues in his last year.

And you're sure you're not a Clipper fan, right? :oldlol:
He's a very intellegent player but no doubt out of shape and rusty. I think he would work best as an off the bench high post center that you can run your offense through for 15 minutes a game.
And you're sure you're not a Clipper fan, right? :oldlol:
Nah, Im just a basketball nerd. :(

If you were a true nerd you'd stop cheering for those loser Knicks and start repping Lob City. :pimp:
There are a dime a dozen of his skill now and i do not want.
vet's minimum and no ego driven playing time demands? love him stretching the floor with Indy's 2nd unit. he wants more money or has a demand to play every night? stay on the couch Sheed.

Did I say he was going to clown? No. Said it was a good idea to get in shape if he's fat but his ego won't allow it? So take your sour ****ing grapes elsewhere.

No way. Go get that scrub Eric Gordon. Give us Sheed.
No way. Go get that scrub Eric Gordon. Give us Sheed.
Gordon's compilation of minor injuries has me about say **** it. Dude's joints must be made of glass, wear some braces or something. You can't give a guy the money he'll get when he's almost guaranteed to miss 15+ games a year.

They're too Hollywood for me.
I like my teams tattooed, offensive-minded, poorly coached, & with a lot of drama.
