What's the buzz about Chris tiu? Can you give me some analysis about him. I heard he isn't athletic but has a good court vision...

He's pretty much a shooter with really good basketball IQ. He's not exactly a true point as he played the 2 in college and lived off of getting open for a spot-up J, Iunno, I guess he just learned in his time being on the national team form a coach who was very very good.

WHERE IS IT?! :milton:
Just kidding. :oldlol: Anyway, wow, I'm honestly surprised Hodge and Ellis were picked THAT late. I honestly had both of them going 2 & 3. Then again, I haven't watched many D-League games and I'm just going by the minimal stuff I've seen and word of mouth. Oh, and the fact that my best friend got posterized by Cliff when they played pick-up. I haven't heard much of that Mallari dude though. I know the background, but I've seen nothing on whether he was good enough to really play or not. Well, players may fatigue and lose their skills during the course of the game, but they surely won't get smaller after the 1st quarter.

Re: Official Philippine Basketball Association Thread
Fajardo has the potential to become the one of the best Center in the PBA today. He's a legit 6'10", 268 lb, 7'1" wingspan.

Re: Official Philippine Basketball Association Thread
Our National Team are still undefeated at the Jones Cup Tournament. (5-0)

Re: Official Philippine Basketball Association Thread

I hope they add another Center. Smart Gilas needs a taller, younger, backup Center. Slaughter will be a good addition for this team.

Smart Gilas beat Iran, 77-75.

Re: Official Philippine Basketball Association Thread
congrats to smart gilas 2 :) will this also be the same line-up they're gonna send for the world championship qualifiers?
any notable players from this us team that they beat?

Re: Official Philippine Basketball Association Thread
Kelly Williams, Ryan Reyes, Jared Dillinger will be added to the team.
-
Re: Official Philippine Basketball Association Thread
I honestly like Dillinger. I really hope he has a breakout season and also does well in Gilas because I think he could well be the most complete player right now. I think he definitely has the physical attributes, athleticism, and skills to dominate the league.

I heard a rumor that Jared Dillinger will be traded to Air 21 Express.
