Talent acquisition.
I understand teams stash guys off roster in Euroball etc but the Raps seem to have accumulated a lot of youngish good talent.
Some of course non guaranteed. Some destined as a 905'er associate contract I am sure
( I think there can only be 2 designated 905ers? D'Andre and Vanvleet?)
But the Roster is full !
