Anyone have sleeping tips?
only one i know is clear your mind, purposely force yourself not to think about anything, and hope it clicks where you fall asleep.
been having major sleeping issues lately. don't really want to mess with sleeping pills either since you become dependent on those, been there with Afrin...lol. not trying to get into a bad habit.

I have serious sleeping problems, since I was kid. Really overactive mind. I would say to try melatonin. I know you said no pills, but it's a natural hormone. The only side effect is that it loses its useless if your in an angry state. Like because of a girl or something.
Another thing you might want to try is to use your sleeping room for sleeping only. Don't do any internet browsing, or other kinds of work in there.

Re: Anyone have sleeping tips?
Valerian. non-addictive
GABA is good too. It also help GH release
Re: Anyone have sleeping tips?
There are plenty of over-the-counter sleeping aides.
Try reading a book, watch Family Guy, or keep a fan on in the bathroom where you can hear the buzz all night.
Re: Anyone have sleeping tips?
You don't really become dependant on melatonin, so try that. Benadryl works too but really you shouldn't use it long term.
Try exercising also.

Exercising helps. I used to have crazy insomnia which greatly subsided when I started going to the gym regularly. Physical tiredness allows you to easily sleep.
Benadryl will make you KTFO... but don't use that frequently. What might be good is to reset your sleep cycle by taking it ~2 hours before you wish to sleep, and crash real early that day.
Would definitely not recommend GHB, opiates, etc.
