Dallas in 6-7.
If you paid attention to the Heat, Miami is extremely hungry for a ring. Remember that celebration between Wade and LeBron after the Boston series? Yah it really seemed like he was showboating.
Most of us HAVE paid attention to the heat wheter we wanted to or not. We were beaten over the head with them all season.
Better question is have you paid attention to Dallas?
That look in Dirk's eyes dude looks like he'd slice a basket of kitten throats just to get a chance to play for a ring again. If the team follows their superstar Miami might win but they are going to feel it in the morning. NEVER seen Dirk act like that.
Yah well any superstar who attacks the basket like they do is going to get calls. People get mad about calls when they are actually fouls.
Their ability to attack the basket is the primary thing that makes both players superstars. There are few players who can easily get to the basket as they two.
Thus, because that is their game it makes referees give them the benefit of the doubt on a lot of contact plays.
It works in a circle.
People get mad when they see a guy spend his entire game attacking the basket and going to the line each time. Its much different than watching a guy like prime Shaq set up down low and get hacked to keep him from scoring.

We'll see. I'm not counting Dallas out, but I'm just saying you guys make it like Dirk will drop 48 on the Heat. You're playing the #1 defense in the NBA now. It's going to be a 6 game series with a Heat win IMO.
Please.... did the refs make Dirk miss those free throws and make Dallas miss key shots? Did the refs make them miss the 3 pointer in game 6?
Did the refs gift wrap a come back when it mattered the most for the Heat? Yep come on man no way to defend the officiating in 06. It's not a legit excuse for 2011 but don't put your head in the ground like it didn't happen.

No homecourt, 5v8, NBA's golden boys, Stern hates Cuban, Marion, and Dirk (Jew vs. German)...this is gonna be really tough. 3 point shooters are gonna have to light it up.
It's over before it even started.

Yup, this reminds me of the '08 Finals. Everyone was picking the Lakers because of their demolition against the defending champions in the WCF despite Boston having homecourt and being the more stacked team. Same thing here.
Miami in 5 or 6.
What a nightmare opponent for the Mavs, prime LBJ & prime D-Wade.
