Re: Your New Starting Lineup ???

The lineup will depend on the team we play. Thats at least how Riley usually sets up his lineup.

Both lineups would probably be used...except I'd be happier with Quinn at the point. He makes better decisions and has performed well this year.

and seems to be the only one who can consistantly hit that three.

Re: Your New Starting Lineup ???

I posted this an another thread somewhere

Staters (once Haslem is back)
PG- Jason Williams
SG- Dwyane Wade
SF- Shawn Marion
PF- Udonis Haslem
C- Mark Blount

Bench
PG- Marcus Banks/Chris Quinn
SG- Ricky Davis/Daequan Cook
SF- Dorell Wright
PF- Alexander Johnson/Earl Barron
C- Earl Barron/ Joel Anthony

Riley will probably play small a lot. He has done it several times this season with Dorell at the 4.

Small Lineup

PG- Jason Williams
SG- Dwayne Wade
SF- Dorell Wright/Ricky Davis
PF- Shawn Marion
C- Udonis Haslem

I could see Riley using this lineup to end games unless we are playing a team with a really big frontcourt.

PG- Dwyane Wade
SG- Ricky Davis
SF- Dorell Wright
PF- Shawn Marion
C- Udonis Haslem

I wouldn't mind not playing J Wil much in order to see what marcus banks can do. He showed potential with Boston and can play defense. If he could start shooting the 3 ball well and continue with his good defense then we could have a good backup for awhile.

Also I really hope having Marion won't hurt Dorell's minutes a lot. I know Marion will play Dorell's position which should lower his minutes, but I would rather see Ricky take the hit then Dorell. I think having Wirght at the 3 and Marion at the 4 should be used a lot cause those are 2 of our 3 best defenders. Plus Dorell has been shooting a hell of a lot better then Ricky has all year.

Definitely agree with that...Dorrell at least grabs some boards and plays D. Ricky just tries to score and just messes with team chemistry in general.

he's more of a jerry stackhouse type. Someone that comes off the bench to just score. I think his contract expires after this year. We can resgin him to something more rescetable and allow him to become that sixth man, if he agrees to it.

Re: Your New Starting Lineup ???

I'd like to start

Banks
Wade
Wright
Marion
Blount

I think that team best suits the running style, which will be entertaining and guarantee not too many wins. :)

I wouldnt care if J-Will and Ricky Davis played 5 minutes a game.
Haslem for stability, defense and rebounding off the bench, but starters minutes.
Cook/Barron for some scoring punch.
